Being considered one of the many sharing economy websites puts us in a curious position. We never started out to be a sharing economy website, but upon looking at how our system works to promote sales; to reduce online ad clutter; to replace pay-per-click with a pay-per-sale model all together leaves us among the sharing economy websites! A little explanation is in order here: Our system called "Buddy Buddy Buddy" or simply BBB is so named for the three level rewards mechanism we have pioneered. The three levels of rewards are what constitutes us as a "sharing website" primarily because it is the sharing of online purchase information among social media friends that is the core of our platform.
The way BBB works is like this: when you make a purchase at a participating store, you have the option the share that purchase event with your social media friends upon checkout. Your friends are alerted through their Facebook account to what you've purchased and where. If any of those friends makes a purchase at that same online store, the original shoppers is rewarded. But this is where the sharing kicks in such as never before online, because you earn rewards again when your friend informs his/her friends about the purchase and any of those friends also makes a purchase, and still again when friend of friends of friends also purchase. Rewards are distributed to three levels, hence the name Buddy Buddy Buddy. So in that sense, we are truly a sharing economy website because our entire platform is driven by sharing. So that puts us squarely among the sharing economy websites, as you can see for very good reason.
